About me
I’m a therapist based in Fort Collins with deep roots in the Midwest, particularly North Dakota. Coming from a large family of entrepreneurs, I’ve learned the value of hard work and nurturing connections, both professional and personal.
My journey with children began teaching dance to toddlers and preschoolers. I quickly recognized the privilege of impacting a child’s early experiences and the importance of our engagement with them.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how capable young children are and how much influence we have on their development.

For the past 15 years, Fort Collins has been home for me, my husband, and our two young children. We love exploring live music, cultural events, and embracing the biking lifestyle. Traveling is one of our greatest joys, fostering a global perspective for our children.
As a therapist, I specialize in reflective parenting and EMDR therapy. I’m passionate about supporting caregivers in building strong connections with their children and promoting healthy family dynamics. I also offer reflective supervision for professionals, helping them navigate their work’s challenges.
Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, I’m committed to nurturing quality experiences for young children and promoting mental well-being. Balancing life, work, and family can be challenging, but I believe in the power of reflective practices to help us grow and heal. Together, let’s embark on a journey of discovery, connection, and meaningful contribution.
